At BY STELLE, we understand the excitement of receiving your new hair extensions promptly. That's why we've partnered with Royal Mail, a trusted and reliable postal service in the UK, to ensure your order reaches you safely and swiftly. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

When will I get my order?

As our hair extension sets are made-to-order & especially for you - our current lead time is 5 weeks. 

We understand you may be planning your hair fitting appointment around delivery timings, so we recommend ordering your hair extensions 5 weeks (35 days) prior to. 

What does ‘made-to-order’ mean?

A made-to-order item is created after the customer places an order. 

Can I track my order?

Yes - once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on the provided link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Methods:

• We exclusively use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries. All TAPED hair extension orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked & will require a signature on delivery. 

Shipping Restrictions:

• Please note that we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our international customers. We aim to get international shipping set up in the near future.

Delivery Address:

• Ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate to avoid any delays. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Issues:

• In the unlikely event of any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at orders@bystelle.co.uk. 

Missing or Damaged Items:

• If your package arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographic evidence. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
