Stelle's books are currently open. The best way to get booked in is to book a 20 minute consultation with Stelle on our booking system. They are £20 and the cost of the consultation will be deducted from your big appointment if you book in.

SALON POLICY
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we ask you give us 14 days notice. Cancellations made inside the 14 days will result in you losing your deposit & will need to rebook via the booking system.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
No shows or cancellations made with in 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
A deposit is made to secure a hold a 4 - 6 hour slot on a specific time and date. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
Please understand that in most cases, 1 appointment is 50% of our work day due to the nature of our appointments being 1-1
If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is likely you will
not be able to have your full service carried out. Eg. We may only be able to offer you a ‘rough dry’ instead of a blow-dry, or a half head of colour instead of a full. You will still be charged 100% of what you’ve booked in for. Appointments run back to back and being more than 15 minutes late has a knock on effect to the clients appointment that follows yours.
