1) Unwanted Products

Before attempting to return an order you will need to download and print our returns form, which can be downloaded here. If you are unable to print our returns form, please ensure that you include all of the information requested on the form within a note inside your return.

You are responsible for the returned products until they reach our warehouse. The cost and risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage and use a tracked and insured postage service.

 

Where we agree to accept unwanted products back from you, we reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. This is to account for the fact our hair extensions are made to order, any fees By Stelle Limited incurred at POS, lost shipping costs, any hair stylist trade-code commission gained from the sale and business time/resources used to restock the product.

 

2) Faulty/Defective Products

If you feel that your product has a manufacturing defect or fault, this should be reported with in 40 days of receiving your order. Please fill out our faulty product form before sending your product back with a returns form inclosed.
